- Data is processed to handle the enquiry, make contact and take steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and under legitimate interests in correspondence, security and legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Recipients may include hosting and IT maintenance providers, Cloudflare and Telegram only to the extent needed for secure enquiry handling. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using appropriate safeguards.
- Data is retained for the period needed to handle the matter, maintain correspondence and protect possible legal claims.
- You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing, and may withdraw consent where applicable. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
- Providing data is voluntary. Name, phone, message and acceptance of the notice are required to submit the form. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling for enquiry content.
